Cinnamon Toast Crunch Power Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (Blend gluten free oats)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder – I use Vanilla Shakeology
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup runny peanut butter
  • ⅓-½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix everything together until well combined. Roll into equal size balls. I made a mixture of cinnamon, sugar, salt and then placed the balls into a ziplock bag and shook until coated.

Place on a baking sheet and freeze for about 20 minutes then store in an airtight container.

Tips: They also sell a cinnamon toast crunch seasoning at Walmart! If the mix seems too dry add a splash of core power protein milk or almond milk.
